Founded by Sajjad Haider
Dubai, 1973
Our late founder, Sajjad Haider, began practising in a very different Dubai: a young, ambitious trading city whose future was still taking shape. He believed in its promise and in the contribution a committed professional practice could make to its business community.
Three generations of our family have shaped the firm he founded. The generations that followed carry his legacy forward, with a personal responsibility for the name we bear and the work entrusted to us. We honour that legacy by caring for the relationships built before us, giving our people room to grow and preparing the practice to serve the next generation of clients.
We have worked through periods of expansion, uncertainty and extraordinary change. Dubai has grown beyond what many could have imagined. Through it all, we have continued to support the businesses and families making their lives and livelihoods here.

We are a locally managed practice, shaped by working within the UAE’s business community since 1973. Our understanding of global family businesses, merchant relationships, corporate disputes and regional ways of doing business comes from direct experience over decades.
