Hamza has over 10 years of audit and assurance experience, leading engagements for multinationals, family offices and regulated entities across financial services, real estate, retail, trading and free zone businesses. He conducts audits under ISA and PCAOB standards, with expertise in IFRS, group and consolidation audits and regulatory reporting. A Fellow of ACCA and the Emirates Association for Accountants and Auditors, he holds a Master’s degree from UCL, University of London.

Adriel is a Fellow of ACCA with over 20 years of experience in audit and assurance. He specialises in external audit and regulatory assurance for DFSA-regulated entities and businesses in ADGM, applying International Standards on Auditing and IFRS. His experience spans multinationals, local companies and SMEs across insurance, financial and advisory services, retail, food and beverage, trading, education and not-for-profit organisations.

Fatima is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years at the firm. She began her career at Iraq’s Board of Supreme Audit before moving into the banking sector, bringing experience in public sector audit and financial services. A graduate of the University of Baghdad with a qualification from the Arab Institute for Accounting and Auditing, she brings diligence and a thorough approach to her audit work.

Adil is a Regulated Tax Agent with over 20 years of experience in audit, accounting, tax advisory and compliance. His expertise covers UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, Pillar Two and international tax matters. He advises family businesses, multinational groups, free zone entities and high-net-worth individuals on complex tax and regulatory issues, helping clients manage risk, meet their obligations and implement practical solutions that reflect their commercial priorities.

Waqar is Partner and Head of Business and Transaction Advisory at Nexia Sajjad Haider, with over 20 years of experience in valuation, litigation support, M&A and transaction advisory. He advises corporations, investors and government entities across a range of industries. Previously with EY and Mobilink, he served two terms on Nexia International’s EMEA Board. He holds an MBA from IBA and brings practical experience to complex business and financial decisions.

Zahra is a UK-qualified ICAEW Chartered Accountant and approved Insolvency Practitioner in DIFC and ADGM. With previous experience at a Big Four firm, she advises on complex liquidations, cross-border investigations and asset recovery. She contributes to consultations on insolvency legislation and procedures in both financial centres and speaks at industry events on insolvency and restructuring, bringing practical insight from her work with businesses, creditors and regulators.

Masroor has over 20 years of experience in business advisory, risk management and corporate governance across energy, real estate, manufacturing and FMCG. He advises organisations on regulatory, operational and strategic challenges, drawing on experience as a board adviser, non-executive director and audit committee lead. His work focuses on strengthening oversight, financial governance and risk frameworks, helping boards and management make informed decisions and align governance with their long-term business goals.

Zia leads the ESG and Sustainability Advisory practice at Nexia Sajjad Haider, bringing over 20 years of experience in financial advisory, valuation, corporate strategy and regulatory compliance. He has advised multinational corporations and Fortune 500 companies, combining financial and sustainability expertise to help clients strengthen governance and address stakeholder expectations. A Fellow Chartered Management Accountant, he holds a Master’s degree in Economics and brings a multidisciplinary perspective to business decisions.

Talal has two decades of experience in cybersecurity, IT audit and international regulatory compliance, including ISO 27001, SOC 2 and ISAE 3000 engagements. His expertise spans cybersecurity advisory, digital transformation, forensic investigations and blockchain auditing, with a focus on digital asset risks. He holds CISA, CISM and financial crime prevention credentials for cryptocurrencies, and received the ICT Innovation Excellence Leadership Award at the 2024 CXOInsight Awards.

Imran leads the Business Services Division, bringing 18 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, payroll, corporate services and company formation across UAE mainland and free zone jurisdictions. He supports local and international businesses in strengthening financial processes, navigating regulatory requirements and establishing effective operations. A member of the UK’s Certified Public Accountants Association, he brings a practical, commercially focused approach to supporting business growth.
